Hawaiʻi and Japan

Sasha has been working for several years to serve as a bridge between her beloved Hawaiʻi and Japan, engaging in activities that connect and support both communities.

Through these efforts, she wanted to help the people of Hawaiʻi who were facing economic hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic. In April 2020, she launched the project “Sasha’s Support Hawaiʻi” , which—thanks to the support of many—has continued to connect struggling small businesses in Hawaiʻi with people in Japan.

With the warm support of many friends and followers, Sasha’s Support Hawaiʻi continues to uplift small businesses, local companies, designers, and artists in Hawaiʻi, while sharing messages and information with everyone who loves the islands.

As an artist, Sasha hopes to share her works inspired by the concept of Mālama ʻĀina with as many people as possible.
